The Second Bureau Issue is a series of stamps produced by the United States Post Office Department in 1902 and 1903 to replace the older First Bureau Issue. Being the first stamp issue completely designed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, they issued stamps with ornate designs.

The 15c stamp, Henry Clay. 41 million produced
The 50c stamp, Thomas Jefferson. Just 2.7 million produced
The $1 stamp, David Farragut. Just 500,000 produced
The $2 stamp, James Madison. Just 37,000 produced. Perf 10 stamps were produced in 1917, and are much more common.
The $5 stamp, John Marshall. Just 48,000 produced. Perf 10 stamps were made in 1917 and are much more common.
