Rev. Charles Kesterton was born around 1825 - and was still alive in 1901, at a height of 7'8", this extremely old to live. He was from Kentucky, USA. His father was one of the pioneers, and his mother was an Indian, being a member of the tribe of the famous Malungeons.
Considering the fact that he was alive around the change of the century (1900's) there is a good possibility that there are pictures of him floating around somewhere.
