Siah Khan Ibn Kashmir Khan was born in Tehran, capital of Iran (Persia) probably in 1913. His date of death is

uncertain. Some sources claim 1933 as his year of death, but at least one newspaper article listed below states that he was still alive in 1935. Other sources claim that he died in 1940, and although evidence is lacking this might have been his true year of death. Siah-Khan, at 18, was reported to be almost 12 ft. tall. His arms are supposed to be so long that he must wrap an arm once around his head to put food in his mouth. Other heights for him heard many times are 11'3" and 10'6" (320 cm). All of which would easily make him the tallest man that has ever lived, even dwarving Robert Wadlow. When he was admitted to hospital in 1933 he turned out to be 'only' 7'2.6" (220 cm) tall, making him the most exaggerated giant in history. He was a sufferer of Proteus Syndrome.
